What You'll Do
As a Telemarketer & Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, laying the foundation for strong relationships and driving new business opportunities. You will:
Engage Decision-Makers: Make 50+ outbound calls daily to introduce our top-tier roofing and solar solutions.
Create Real Opportunities: Convert qualified leads into sales appointments for our expert sales team.
Overcome Challenges: Handle objections like a pro, providing clear and confident solutions to customer concerns.
Master the CRM: Keep track of your success, manage leads, and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
Build Trust: Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first call to the scheduled appointment.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales.
A natural communicator someone who connects with people effortlessly.
Confidence & resilience outbound calling doesn't scare you; it motivates you!
Goal-oriented mindset you love hitting and exceeding targets.
Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM software to track performance.
A team player we succeed together!
