What will you do?
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and develop process enhancements to drive value for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Management and Lead quality inspectors
- Calibration Program Log
- Measurement System Analysis
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Experiences with Molding, Stamping, Welding, Assembly Process
- Experiences in ISO9001, 14000, 26000, OSHAS 18000
- Knowledge of Quality Core Tools like SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D Methodology.
- Analytics Software (Power BI, Tabloid, ..)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High Knowledge of Microsoft, Statistical Tool

- Customer Satisfaction & Quality Manager
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Lean Green Belt Cert, Lean Black Belt is a plus.
- >5 years or relevant experience in a Quality role
