The field technician/subcontractor will provide a variety of field services to customers and single-family rental partners. Primary responsibilities involve installation of smart home monitoring systems (Curb), thermostats, and Shifted water heater controllers. We are seeking multiple 1099 partners to fulfill work orders in various North Carolina cities, namely, Raleigh, Charlotte and Greensboro.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Perform smart home monitoring systems (Curb) installations and troubleshooting as needed.
· Install a new thermostat.
· Install Shifted water heater controller
· Identify electrical, environmental, and safety hazards associated with work on live electrical systems.
· Document completion of completed installation.
