Service Operations Process Management team works with other departments to continuously find opportunities to optimize the way we operate and to design new ways of operating. We understand how the different areas of our business interact and use it to design changes to improve our processes. We safeguard a standardized, digitalized, and industrialized global operating model across Vestas Service Operations. We deliver business process management as a disciplined approach to identify, design, execute, document, measure, monitor and control business processes to achieve consistent targeted results.
Responsibilities
We need an ambitious Process Improvement Consultant to work closely with Process Improvement Partners taking care of processes within field service operations, such as maintenance execution or planning and scheduling of field activities. A broad scope that will give you opportunities to develop. Together with the Process Improvement Partners, you will support regional stakeholders translate their vision and strategy into tactical and operational improvements to our Operating Model. You will support the process landscape as well as the continuous improvement of our ways of working.
The tasks you will be performing at global level:
- Support Process Improvement Partners in their day-to-day activities: update and follow up of work instructions, update process landscape, ensure meeting coordination and agenda, plan and follow up on tasks assigned to different teams
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Manage global change requests backlog, ensure status transparency and solution communication across Operations Process Community
- Support continuous optimization of our Operating Model
- Participate and support Process Improvement Partners in large improvement initiatives and workshops
- Ensure the design of processes is at the center of the discussions
Qualifications
- Ideally, you have worked in a similar role as Process Improvement / Process Management consultant / professional in a global environment. We expect from you:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Technical or similar
- Min 2 years of work experience
- Process management, business improvement or consulting experience
- Skills to communicate complex topics effectively at different organizational levels
- Experience in change management and data and fact driven analysis is a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package
- Workshop facilitation skills would be counted as advantage
