The Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (EPPM) Team resides in the Global Supply Chain. EPPM specializes in offshore customer projects and focuses on connecting delivery plans and risk mitigation at both the project and portfolio levels. The key driver behind the EPPM team is to ensure early engagement in projects through collaboration with the value chain, creating relevant analyses, overviews, and facilitating the planning progress of end-to-end plans for balanced project execution.
Responsibilities
- Project and Program planning assistance
- Project and Program execution assistance (day-to-day meeting invites, workshop planning, etc.)
- Project and Program reporting assistance (weekly/monthly reports, dashboards etc.)
- Project and Program governance assistance (Steerco preparation, workshop material preparation etc.)
- Project and Program communication (conference preparation, presentation material preparation etc.)
- Department administration and general management assistance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting or other related fields
- Some years of work experience from large, complex projects in global organizations
- Documented experience with project assistance, planning and administration in large, complex project- and program environments
- Documented experience in Project and Program planning assistance using relevant tools
- Project and Program Management framework (e.g. Prince2™, MSP® is desirable)
Competencies
- Structured and with ability to work with limited to no supervision
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and drive needed to ensure department goals and deliverables are met
- A versatile team-oriented person that delivers according to the organizational and business needs
- Ability to edit and prepare decision making material with limited supervision of senior project manager or project managers
- Empathic and winning personality that ties our busy department together, creating a positive, collaborative, and energized working environment both in the projects and in the department

This position requires approximately 20 days of travel per year.
