About The Role
As an Outbound Call Center Supervisor, you will set appointments over the phone with our potential clients for our sales team to meet with them in person. With our innovative contact system offers you will have the chance to connect to a new potential client approximately every 90 seconds while you are on site. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead from the front by setting an example for our team. Training, mentoring, and coaching new and existing call center agents to their highest potential.

- You will work in an hourly base plus commission environment and receive excellent training to help you build your skills and meet your sales goals. (Our top performing agents after one year of employment can average $90,000-$110,000+ per year by working an average of 35 hours per week.)
- Training Schedule: Paid training is provided
- Schedule: Full Time – Our Outbound Appointment Setting Department operates 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.
- On-site position
- Engage with potential customers over the phone; setting appointments for our sales team
- Employ effective sales techniques to propose additional solar solutions to customers.
- Provide thorough comparisons between Direct Solar's offerings and competitors' products to aid customers in making well-informed decisions.
- Manage and ensure timely responses to emails.
- Gain a deep understanding of competitor pricing, packaging, and products, while staying updated on Direct Solar's offerings.
- Collaborate within a dynamic team environment that fosters growth and development opportunities.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions focused on enhancing sales skills and product knowledge.
- Treat every potential customer with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
- Train, coach, and mentor the call center team
- Analyze data, recorded calls, and team statistics to provide appropriate feedback
- Reporting to our Direct of Sales daily and weekly to keep on top of company metrics and targets
Must haves:
- 1 year minimum experience in a leadership role
- 1 year minimum experience making outbound sales calls
- Vehicle
- Great organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- A verifiable track record of success in past roles
Nice to have:
- Experience in the solar industry
