We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our Ontario location. We need candidates with experience with Residential/Single family and Multi Family, K-12 and Higher Education, as well as Commercial and Retail projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you?
- Possess a PE license
- Will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.
- Have at least 10-15 years of experience
- Represent firm in client meetings, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedule, prepare and finalize proposals
- Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training and employee performance
- Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.
Other responsibilities include:
- Assist in business development for prospective clients
- Supervise plan preparation, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverables
- Track project budgets, provide billing instructions and change order requests, prepare invoices, and negotiate and finalize back charges
