The Vestas Service Offshore organization is responsible for all activities in relation to the operation and maintenance of offshore windfarms in Northern and Central Europe. We currently have more than 4 GW under service contracts and we are continuously growing our pipeline and organization.
You will become part of an exciting journey, responsible for the fleet installed in the German Northsea.
Your main tasks:
- Creation, maintenance, and closure of SAP service orders - scheduled and unscheduled
- Quality control of reports, service orders, master data, consumption, and labor time reporting
- Checking and recording the working hours of the technicians, material movements and the external costs
- Capability to develop SAP "superuser" skills to assist in training of other SAP users
- Define of the required technical / material, human and external resources on the basis of the specified work instructions, technical documents and information from technical support
- Creation of short, median and long term plans
- Ordering the shipments of necessary materials and tools
- Checking the availability of the required technical, material, human resources and external services
- Identifying the need for SAP enrichment of spare parts and initiating the enrichment request when needed
- Proactive coordination between various internal/external departments and stakeholders
Your qualification:
- Experience in technical planning/resource planning e.g., from a logistics-related environment with a minimum of 2 years, Offshore environment is an advantage
- Strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks
- Good IT skills, experience with the use of SAP necessary
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
