Amongst other topics, in our People & Organization team, this is reflected in the need to drive continuous optimization of HR processes and contribute to the creation and development of the requirement of the sustainability and corporate social reporting.
Reporting to the Director of People Services and Human Resources Optimization, the Regional People Sustainability Insight & Analytics project manager (H/F) establishes and maintains effective data governance frameworks across the organization by collaborating closely with all Europe P&O team to understand their needs and provide data-based solutions. He/ She also aligns et defines the Regional People Data frameworks and systems in relation to our Sustainability related goals, supporting the Europe Sustainability team strategy, by leading the consolidation of People Data in preparation for submissions to regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee the process of collecting, validating, and reporting human resources and sustainability data in compliance with the company's policies and external regulations.
·Work closely with the HR, sustainability, finance, and IT departments to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and presented in a way that supports the company's sustainability goals and compliance with CSRD requirements.
·Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback from employees and managers on People Solutions such as Workday
·Design and develop HR dashboards for tracking KPIs, create reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to HR Directors and P&O stakeholders.
·Key-user of Workday :
- oprovide support to HR in using Workday for core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, employee data management,...)
- otroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday functionality and data accuracy.
- oCollaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other HR systems.
- oConduct regular training sessions for HR and employees outside France location to improve their proficiency in using Workday.
·Guide and partner with P&O Europe expertises such as Reward, People Engagement, Talent & Learning teams on any of their initiatives involving data accuracy and data management (ie : ACR yearly sanity check, Chanel Voices, etc)

What you will bring:
·5+ years of experience in HR data management and governance.
·Experience in data consolidation, management, and reporting, preferably within a sustainability or HR context.
·Project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion.
·Comfortable with using Data Governance tools such as data catalogue.
·Knowledge of HRIS Technologies (Workday, Successfactors, Oracle Cloud….) is a plus.
·Knowledge of Data visualization tools like PowerBi or Tableau is a plus.
·Flexibility, curiosity, enthusiasm, attention to details.
·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and engage team members.

·Based at 52 champs Elysee with remote work possibilities depending on project needs.
