Job Description:
The Associate, EH&S should have broad theoretical job knowledge. This position will works under general direction and guidance. The position will communicate with contacts in own team to explain and interpret information and will contribute to systems and processes changes in work routines.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring company environment, health and safety (EHS) programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental health and safety regulations.
- Work to reduce company risk and liability in all aspects of EHS.
- Assists in a variety of duties to include, sampling, observations, training and inspections.
- Works with stakeholders in the organization during space planning, building expansions and/or other changes in facilities or work areas to ensure EHS requirements and regulations are met.
- Assists with root cause analysis when EHS incidents occur and recommends corrective action where environmental, health and safety hazards exist.
- Responsible for monitoring and driving sustainability initiatives.

- Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $60,000- $112,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
