§Prepare gap analysis and schedule for compliance with green building standards and rating system requirement.
§Manage & supervise all aspects of Sustainability projects
§Coordinate with environmental scientists, planners, hazardous waste technicians, engineers, and other specialists to address environmental problems.
§Monitor and report sustainability and environment related data to stakeholders on request.
§Review, update and respond to findings of environmental and ESG agencies.
§Provide technical-level support for environmental remediation and litigation projects, including remediation system design and determination of regulatory applicability.
§Monitor progress of environmental and energy improvement programs.
§Inspect industrial and municipal facilities and programs in order to evaluate operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
§Technical Analysis to be carried out and recommended to obtain LEED/ Sustainability Credits
§Assess and advise on the implications of Sustainability Design Variations and Implement LEED/ Sustainability Process
§Handling Credits related to site analysis and urban assessment.
§Handling Audits, preparations for weekly/monthly reports and Minutes of meetings as per Sustainability requirements.
§Execution of projects related to sustainability, environmental consultancy services.
§Site visits and inspection for the work related to the building envelope and housekeeping and waste management on site.
§Coordinating with various stakeholders and submitting compliance sheets for different projects as required by ESG.
§Conducting & monitoring the waste management process for the project to ensure that the minimum targeted amount of waste for salvage/recycle is achieved and can be demonstrated.
§Completing relevant calculators, templates etc. related to waste, energy & water monitoring for the project and ensuring these and other documentation are complete and ready for submission.
§Reviewing building material products & systems to assess these for general compliance with LED, Sustainability & UAE Green Building Regulation rating requirements.
§Reporting and managing the sustainability index which include Environment, Energy and social Indicators.
§Energy Data analysis, Walk thru Audit, Detail Audit for different projects in HVAC, Building, Processes, Plant Equipment.
§Managing Energy Efficiency Recommendation and Implementation.
§Monitoring consumption data and operating performance.
§Identify and prepare the roadmap for Energy Efficiency Plan and their effective implementation with Specific target quarterly.
§Identify the specific energy users (SEU) and calculate the percentage consumption. Periodical calculation/coordination to calculate specific energy consumption of building.
§Analyze energy performance indicator monthly report to highlight significant variance for corrective action.
§Implementation of solar energy as per requirement toenhance energy efficiency.
§Yearly Sustainability Reporting and data analysis.
§Preparation of Monthly Energy Mass Balance
