About the Role:
We are now expanding our Group Excellence & Sustainability department and looking for an action-driven and positive individual to join our team as a Group Excellence & Sustainability Coordinator.

Your Role
In this role, you will support various Excellence and sustainability initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with all Excellence functions and have the opportunity to lead your own projects over time.
Key responsibilities:
Support Excellence and Sustainability initiatives across the Group, including:
- Assisting all Excellence functions (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Energy and Safety at Work) by conducting analyses, preparing presentations, and contributing to various project work.
- Supporting and conducting internal and external audits in the mentioned areas.
- Assisting with local purchasing initiatives.
- Contributing to quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sustainability reporting and follow-up activities.

Your Background and skills:
- A relevant university degree, preferably in business, sustainability, engineering, procurement, or a related field.
- You are either a recent graduate or have up to 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
