Responsibilities
- Establish benchmarking processes against leading competitors, particularly focusing on technology, cost, efficiency, offtake markets, sourcing and scale
- Preparation of in-depth proposals for new market entry: identify, investigate and develop opportunities for the company to enter new geographic, either organically or through acquisition
- Carry out the end-to-end development of business cases of value-chain components including building financial modelling from scratch
- Drive implementation of digital tools and dashboards to ensure real-time data availability for decision-making.
- Reviewing, recommending and driving key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan and monitor the progress
- Scrutinize import-export data related to India, US & present insights to management
- Analysis red herring prospectus & periodic results of competitors – global & domestic – for Ensuring execution of strategic planning projects that reflect organizational strategic priorities
- Consistently provide insights to the CEO, on the business implications arising out of market research and analysis
- Developing short-term & long-term strategic plans & scenarios, build inclusive planning processes. Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans
- Preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets and effectively filing correspondence
- Technically assisting the management in reviewing sales & operational performance
- Preparation of clear technological & market share roadmap
Analysis of periodic MIS and preparing insightful summary reports for management
QualificationsEssential Qualification: BTech / BE & MBA from premium institution, ISB, IIM
Total Experience: 3-6 years
