We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Specialist, Organizational & Leadership Development to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives within Hydro. You will play a key role in shaping organizational performance, driving employee development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational development and L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and HR Business Partners (HR BPs) to support global leadership programs, managing planning, execution, and evaluations.
- Design, deliver, and assess training programs tailored to both individual and organizational needs.
- Lead O&D and L&D projects, including stress management, employee surveys, and leadership development initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally to identify training opportunities and drive impactful development programs.
- Continuously improve training methods to meet emerging trends and organizational needs.
- Provide mentorship and coaching, facilitating learning sessions and supporting skill development across teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a corporate or organizational setting, specifically with a focus on organizational development and L&D.
- Training Design & Delivery: Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership training, workshops, and development programs.
- Instructional Design Expertise: Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and blended learning tools.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, timely, and efficient delivery.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and facilitate engaging discussions. They should demonstrate strong collaboration skills, building positive relationships across teams and departments. A focus on continuous process improvement, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business needs, is key. Additionally, experience in HR consulting, advising managers and employees on HR initiatives, and supporting career development is important. A high level of attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach to service delivery are also essential.
