On behalf of our client, a major renewable developer, we are looking to hire a Senior Commercial and Contract Specialist to join the Dublin team.
The Role:
- Act as a project director for large scale and complex projects including surveying, obtaining planning and environmental consents.
- Manage long term service agreements and negotiation of contracts, PPA and other service contracts for multi-party negotiations.
- Create a phased plan for demolition of older assets, clearing sites for future development and creation of new assets in line with the business development strategy.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process and keeping all parties informed and up to date with developments.
Requirements
- 7 year's relevant experience in contracts, civil engineering or project management.
- Experience negotiation commercial contracts and PPA/LTSA.
- Transaction experience including working part of a multi-disciplinary team, managing multiple relationships across the business.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment with changing requirements and regulations for multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Working knowledge of contractual issues related to large infrastructure projects.
