JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent will perform a variety of duties associated with collection, deposit, tracking and expenditure of fee revenue and donations collected from the public under legal authorities such as the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act. MAJOR DUTIES: The major duties of the Recreation Fee Technician position include, but are not limited to the following: Provide current and accurate information and excellent customer service to park visitors. Collect appropriate fees at the park entrance station in accordance with established accountability guidelines for handling government funds. Review shift reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of fee collection and pass sales. Conduct fee compliance checks for visitor payment.
