JOB SUMMARY: The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period for Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is May to November, but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: May 2025 Open to the first 150 applicants or until 01/24/2025 whichever comes first. MAJOR DUTIES: Lead seasonal crew, groups of volunteers and youth in carrying out resource stewardship and science activities. Provide invasive species and stewardship activity recommendations, prepare proposals, plans, guidelines, and reports and collect field data. Assist in natural resource data entry and preparation of reports, plans, and guidelines. Implement established natural resource management projects using appropriate resource management equipment.
