JOB SUMMARY: The typical seasonal period for these positions is Apr/May through Oct/Nov but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. MAJOR DUTIES: Performs landscaping and grounds maintenance such as cutting grass (using industrial power mowers), debris and recycle collection and removal. Assists in planting, transplanting, fertilizing, mulching, watering, and pruning under specific instructions and under supervision. Uses, cares for, and accounts for various power and hand tools and equipment. Performs simple masonry tasks such as replacing loose or missing bricks. Receives, unloads, and delivers incoming shipments according to established procedures, and reports discrepancies and damage to others responsible for such items.
