This position is located in the Citrus & Other Subtropical Products Research Unit, Agricultural Research Service, Southeast Area in Fort Pierce, FL.
In this position, you will actively participate in one or more phases of the research process by performing a variety of technical duties in a field environment.
This is a term, time-limited appointment with an initial duration no less than 13 months and can be extended up to a total of 10 years.

Overview
Duties
- Maintain Asian citrus psyllid.
- Screen collected data following established Quality Assurance /Quality Control guidelines and prepare basic summaries for visual inspection.
- Organize and format data using Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR) principles for data management and stewardship.
- Propagate citrus material for insects.

- You must be a US Citizen or US National
- Males born after 12/31/1959 must be Selective Service registered or exempt
- Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check
- Successful completion of one-year trial period, unless previously served.

- Successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
- Pesticide Applicators License Required
