EnSafe is accepting applications for an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our Farmers Branch, TX team.

What We Are Looking For:
A motivated EHS Specialist to support and implement comprehensive EHS programs to foster a compliant, safe, healthy, and accident-free environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of OSHA and environmental regulations and applicable state and local safety policies, with the ability to conduct compliance inspections, update contingency plans, write new programs, and perform general EHS duties to maintain compliance at an industrial facility.

What You Will Be Doing:
•Provide compliance consulting advice to various clients in industrial and commercial settings, including, but not limited to, aerospace, supply chain, general manufacturing, and chemical processing industries.
•Maintain EHS compliance programs.
•Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain compliance (stormwater pollution prevention, spill prevention control, and countermeasure, hazardous waste).
•Perform annual reporting on behalf of EnSafe 's clients (annual waste summary, discharge monitoring reports, Tier II and TRI annual reporting).
•Perform health and safety training, job hazard risk assessments, lockout/tagout program compliance, confined space program compliance, and fall protection program compliance.
•Corrective Actions: Track and manage corrective and preventive actions from audits and inspections.
What You Will Need:
•B.S. degree in environmental health, safety, or related discipline.
•Two or more years of related EHS specialist experience in industrial and manufacturing settings.
•Applied knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
•Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
