The Junior Sustainability Reporting and Insights Analyst will join the Sustainability Department within Luminor’s Finance Division as a junior specialist for reporting related requirements and business data analysis, report development and the development of strategic insights. The Junior Sustainability Reporting and Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing regulatory frameworks, developing strategic insights, and supporting the creation of reports and dashboards to support Luminor internal and external sustainability reporting and effective climate risk management and decarbonization initiatives within the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Regulatory and applicable voluntary frameworks analysis: Analyze and interpret regulatory and applicable voluntary frameworks and requirements related to ESG reporting and compliance, analyse gaps between internal regulations, policies and procedures and external mandatory or voluntary frameworks
- Report analysis: Review and assess existing ESG reports to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
- Support with regular external and internal reporting and analysis: prepare and analyze regular internal and external reports, including Pillar 3, Taxonomy, EBRD reports, and quarterly management board reports
- Support with strategic insights development: Develop actionable insights and related tools and dashboards to support business decisions, focusing on ESG-related strategies (C&E risk management, decarbonization)
- Climate risk management: Evaluate and recommend strategies related to climate risk management and decarbonization levers Support with Analysis of Impact of C&E Risks on Business Environment (C&E RBE)
- Reporting and dashboard development: Support the creation and maintenance of proof-of-concept reports, dashboards, and mockups that visualize ESG data and insights for stakeholders
- Data Analytics Support: Provide analytical support for decarbonization initiatives, helping establish the bank's capabilities in this area
- Strategic Reporting Support: Support the Department Head with strategic analysis, insights and reports ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ESG trends and best practices to continuously improve reporting processes and analytical methodologies
What We Expect:
- Higher educational background in Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, Risk Management, Finance or another related subject
- Up to 1 year of experience working as an analyst or business analyst area within Risk, Finance or other related area
- Prior experience with ESG related regulations and/or framework knowledge
- The ability to translate complex datasets and statistical techniques into simple, easily understood concepts – visually, verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated experience of working in cross functional teams and managing stakeholders with a strong orientation towards achieving results
- Innovative and curious mindset
- Great knowledge of Ms Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio)
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 1400 - 1780 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
