What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy, collaborating closely with our outsourced testing teams.
- Manage and maintain non-production environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Foster communication across cross-functional teams to align on project plans and deliverables.
- Advocate for high standards in quality assurance and identify new technologies to enhance team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee testing strategy and supplier management for third-party services.
- Execute and report on non-production environment lifecycles, supporting broader IT initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the QAT community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:software testing & within a team leadership role. Familiarity with various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a must.
- Skills:Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services (like Azure or Google Cloud), and CI/CD processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Knowledge:Understanding of ITIL processes, testing methodologies, and security best practices.
