What will you be doing?
- Overseeing supply chain operations from issuing orders until shipments arrival
- Order processing through continuous communication with warehouse, operations, and Planning
- Operating international support shipments (Drop, import, Export).
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity while analyzing and optimizing procedures
- Issue weekly reports, reflecting order statuses & financial aspects
- Troubleshooting in ordering processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement.
- Global KPI management
- Coordinating all reverse logistics issues from Resolve RMA inquiries to the shipping process.
- Working with the Israeli HQ team on daily basis.
- BA in Business Administration or general field
- Must have excellent English
- 2 years’ experience in Data Analysis
- 2-3 Years’ experience in an administrative role
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), CRM and ERP applications
- Highly organized and process oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics– International shipping, RMA (reverse logistics), end to end Logistics process
