Basic Job Functions:
Analyze benefit programs and assist in the implementation, administration and communication of benefits programs for the Company
Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of progressive experience in a corporate HR environment
- Basic experience with project management support required
- Analysis of Benefits, HR or finance preferred
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred
- Experience with corporate communications preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR or finance
- CEBS or CBP preferred
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of most relevant US benefits laws required, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and set priorities required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, logical reasoning, written and verbal persuasion/communication skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft or Workday HRIS Systems or like systems preferred
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with the administration of the 401(k) plan
- Track benefit costs on a monthly basis. Report on findings.
- Provide data for appropriate benefit surveys
- Verify benefit plan premiums/fees and prepare payments to be made to vendors
- Assist with open enrollment and new benefit plan rollouts, including administration, communication and system setup
- Assist with audit of data in the HRIS record-keeping system
- Handle basic benefit issues, interfacing with vendors as needed
- Participate on US wellness team and assist with wellness initiatives as needed
- Work to understand all relevant local, state and federal benefit regulations
- Assist Payroll and HRIT team as needed with benefit projects
- Assist Total Reward Statement project team as needed
- Provide basic support with the creation of benefit training and communications to all levels of associates
- Maintain effective partnerships with HR to ensure that benefit solutions maintain retention while meeting business needs
- Other duties as assigned

Estimated Salary Range:
- $47,000-$67,000 / annually
