PositionSummary:
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for the management of the business relationship with existing clients and prospects and supporting all steps of the sales and distribution cycle such as quoting, purchaseorderconfirmation,productallocation,invoicing,productsdistributionandclaimmanagementofsalesteamfortheUSDivision.Thispositionprovidesassistancetocustomersinmakinginformed purchase decisions and supports sales lead generation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Providesoverallsupportofsalesoperationsandpurchaseorderexecution/purchaseorder fulfillment with clients in our US Division.
- Reviewandprocessclientorderswithahighlevelofaccuracy.
- Providestimelyfollow-uptoclients,especiallywhenRegionalSalesManagersareontheroad and unavailable.
- Interactwithclientsfrequentlyinaclearandprofessionalmanner.
- CreateandtrackquoteswithinCSICRMtools.
- Provideclientswithstatusofordersandconfirmdeliveryschedules.
- PartnerswithRegionalSalesManagerstofulfillsalesobjectivesbyprovidingsupportand upselling CSI products and services.
- Provideclientswithtechnicalandadministrativeproductinformationandanalysis.
- Qualifynewprospectsandsupportthecustomerset-upprocess(creditlinemanagementand customer data documentation).
- CollaboratewithaccountingdepartmenttoresolveoutstandingARissuesandclientcredit availability, taking into consideration existing orders.
- Partnerswithorderfulfillmentandlogisticstoexecuteclientorderssuccessfully.
- RemainsinclosecommunicationwithRegionalSalesManagerstoidentifysalesstrategywith each account (pricing, terms, product, availability, etc.).
- Assistwithprojectsacrosssalesandmarketingasneeded.Suchassystemenhancedprocess improvements or exhibition preparation/attendance
QualificationsandSkills:
- Musthave5-8yearsofB2Bsalessupport,accountmanagement,orclientservicesexperience
- SolarIndustryaplusbutnot required
- Bachelor’sdegreepreferred
- ProficientwithSalesforce(orsimilarCRMsoftware)
