Job Title: Executive Assistant to Owners (Husband-Wife Team)
Location: Frisco, Texas (Primarily in-person, potential hybrid after onboarding)

Key Responsibilities:
Business Support:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, prioritize meetings, and ensure timely reminders.
- Email and Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, draft responses,and manage communications with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Project Coordinator: Assist with planning, organizing, and tracking business projects.
- Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Meeting Support: Organize meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Vendor and Contractor Liaison: Manage relationships with service providers and oversee related contracts.
- Expense Management: Track expenses and prepare monthly financial reports.
Personal Support:
- Household Coordination: Oversee household schedules, including maintenance, appointments, and events.
- Errands and Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands, online orders, and travel arrangements.
- Event Planning: Coordinate family gatherings, holidays, and personal events.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and organize personal finances, including bill payments and expense tracking.
- Travel Planning: Manage domestic and international travel itineraries for business and personal purposes.
- Lifestyle Management: Coordinating memberships, subscriptions, and other lifestyle needs.
General Administrative Support:
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Anticipate needs and address them proactively to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as a gatekeeper, effectively prioritizing and managing incoming requests.
- Provide occasional backup support for other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure with professionalism.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or financial management.
- Event planning or coordination experience.
