Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Business Consultants and Project Managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to effectively train and implement software solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that aligns with Haulogy’s values and mission.
Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Provide regular feedback, identify development needs, and create opportunities for growth and upskilling within the team.
Project Oversight
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful productivity of the team in their projects, including both support and implementation.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet client satisfaction.
Client Engagement
- Serve as the first escalation point of contact for clients.
- Define and implement the customer satisfaction measurement process during customer support projects, project implementations, and Business Consultant follow-ups.
- Act as a trusted advisor for key clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training, support, implementation, project management, and customer follow-up activities within the department.
- Stay informed on industry best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams of Customer Success Managers, Business Consultants, or Project Managers in the IT software, SaaS, or energy sectors.
- Previous experience in an energy supplier or utility company is a significant advantage.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Expertise in project oversight and client relationship management, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in French and/or Dutch is highly desirable.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
