The general role of the Solar Project Manager – Field Services is to be responsible for the initiation, implementation, and management of projects, business services, initiatives, and opportunities within the Field Services Division. This position is also responsible for supporting customer service and growth. The Project Manager will be expected to help with assembling complete and accurate estimates to support the bidding effort for securing future work. This position will manage processes, personnel, and resources to provide services, products and deliverables that are on-time, on-budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
This position must possess the knowledge, experience, licenses, and ability to work with new and developed customers to determine business and operational needs and opportunities for the company and to provide continuous improvements and efficiencies for its customers. This position must be flexible and willing to work extended hours and travel with overnight stays as needed.
