Job Description

Our client in the Automotive Manufacturing and Distribution is looking for a Solar Lead Installation Electrician to join their performance driven team. If you meet the below requirements, do not hesitate to send your CV for consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Liaise with Technical Support Manager to review project plans and drawings, ensuring adherence to design.
Collaborate with crew members to complete projects within the established time frame, following policies and procedures.
Assemble solar array racking, seal roof penetrations, and install all related equipment.
Set up solar monitoring systems.
Maintain high levels of quality assurance and control with a focus on safety.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
Communicate professionally with customers, addressing all questions and concerns respectfully.

Requirements

Experience with installing both roof and ground mount system.
Experience with micro and string inverters as well as setting up monitoring systems.

CRITICAL:

AREP (Association for Renewable Energy Practitioners)
SAPVIA Green Card Certification preferred.
QCTO Red Seal Electrician Certification (Solar Experience).
