Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows to enhance functionality and user experience.
Create and manage reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Provide training and support to users on Salesforce best practices and functionalities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and best practices for data management.
Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and automating processes within Salesforce.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
