A leading engineering solutions provider in the HV/MV energy sector is looking for a high-performance, hunter‑type Sales Engineer to drive new private-sector business. The role focuses on securing large, complex deals and expanding into key industries such as Mining, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, OEMs, EPC/EPCM, and other high-energy users.

OEM background will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development in strategic private-sector markets.
Build strong client networks and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prospect, cold call, and conduct frequent face‑to‑face client meetings.
Prepare accurate proposals and close deals effectively.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Update CRM systems and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
5+ years’ experience closing complex B2B deals in HV/MV environments.
Strong track record in private-sector sales.
OEM experience is essential
Excellent prospecting and closing skills (non‑negotiable).
Willingness to travel.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Technical competence and commercial acumen.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple proposals.

Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
