Job Responsibility Description
Main Activities
1	Train employees in OSHA requirements for safety and in the environmental aspects of their jobs.
2	Providing, requiring and auditing the use of necessary safety equipment in our operation.
3	Conducting accident investigations.
4	Ensuring employees are aware of emergency plans and procedures.
5	Managing waste.
6	Reducing the company's carbon footprint.
7	Working with employees to discuss and maintain a safe work environment. Provide a safety briefing before each operational shift.
8	Stay current and ensure compliance with Federal and State Regulations and the record-keeping requirements.
9	Work with leadership to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations.
10	Keeps Quality Associates team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and actions being taken to improve the situation.
11	Evaluate a work plan for our Stakeholder Matrix.
12	Monthly Safety and Environmental records and KPI’s implementation.
13	Provide onboarding courses for new recruits and annual refresher for current ones.
14	Identification of Human-Machine interaction and evaluation of effectiveness.
15	Verify Safety Procedures once a year (Stop Work, Crisis Management, Reportability, others).
16	Establish an effective communication channel between all employees for safety measures.
17	Have a systematic training program in competitions for critical positions.
18	Establish a continuous safety management program for contractors.
19	Follow the requirements of the ISO 14000.
16	Monthly walkthroughs with 8’S Audits.
17	Implement a rewards and punishment program to pursue compliance and safety culture.
