Responsibilities:

Engage with the necessary key Sales and Operations people to provide effective support in new contract negotiations and co-ordinate with key HO stakeholder to ensure new contract are concluded through to signing in the most efficient time manner.
Engage with the necessary key Sales and Operations people to provide effective support of current contract and co-ordinate with key HO stakeholder to ensure effective support throughout the duration of the current agreements.
A comprehensive range of Commercial Terms Sheets are available for Sales and Operations key people for use when negotiating new or reviewing agreements.
Engage with key Sales and Operations to understand the potential opportunity of the new contract and assess & evaluate the associated risks.
Engage with key Sales and Operations to understand the potential opportunity relating to current contract and contract renewals contract and assess & evaluate the associated risks.
Take the lead for key Sales and Operations to efficiently and effectively terminate a current agreement once the decision has been made to terminate.
Engage with key Salas and Operations people to monitor and assist with fulfilling the company’s contractual commitments.
Develop and monitor contract financial performance in alignment with the reporting needs of key contract stakeholders.
Apply a continuous improvement culture to all contracts to ensure lessons learned are captured and applied where relevant to new contracts.
Contract price adjustments are reviewed, updated and applied as per each contract terms and conditions. All changes are to be formally documented via formal letterhead communications to each customer.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Equivalent Experience
3-5 years experience in Commercial Management Role
Solid understanding of Commercial & Contract Management processes, System, And Policy and Procedure Development & Implementation, A sound understanding of High Level EM or Parts & Service Operations.
Business English, Mid Level Math, Mid Level Analytical, problem solving, MS Excel Excellence and General Computer Software Literacy
