Program Manager – Sustainable Development

Seeking a Program Manager to manage and participate in the development, implementation, and oversight of various programs and projects related to Community Schools and Transportation Planning, Green Infrastructure, Housing, Zoning and Development, Sustainable Development Calls for Projects, and various planning studies related to neighborhood or corridor improvements.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Coordinating efforts and studies related to land-use and transportation projects such as Safe Routes to School or Neighborhood/Corridor Studies, etc.
Developing and maintaining work scopes, project schedules, and budgets for work in-house or by consultants
Preparing and reviewing memorandums, letters, articles, executive summaries, studies, and technical reports
Leading the development of scoring/evaluation criteria and project scoring
Providing oversight for various workshops and trainings
Leading various committees, public outreach efforts, and events
Providing oversight for Sustainable Development educational outreach materials and purchases
Planning and attending meetings and events
Preparing and delivering oral presentations
Conducting peer reviews
Providing technical assistance to transportation partners and stakeholders
Developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and reporting program activities
Coordinating Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) and Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) updates within the team for relevant projects
Supervising staff

This position requires at least five years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in analytical, quantitative methods.
