We focus primarily on homes and farms but also work on some commercial jobs up to 8 KW. We are willing to take an entry-level candidate interested in a career in solar and give you on-the-job training to develop a valuable and in-demand skill set that will allow you to earn raises and advance.Our Ideal Solar Installer:Reliable: We are looking for someone who can commit to being on time for work and is a dependable part of the team.Desire to Learn: We are willing to provide an entry-level candidate with all the training necessary to develop skills in solar installation. We expect you to bring a positive attitude and commitment to learning.Safety Conscious: when driving or on the job site, we count on you to commit to safe habits. Must have a reasonably clean driving record. You must observe the best practices for on-the-job safety when working with electricity.Clean Cut: We are respectful guests at our customers' properties.
