Job Responsibilities

Submit work plans and summaries to the immediate superior and conduct regular
oral/written work reports.
Arrange and guide the work of subordinates, promptly point out existing problems in daily
work with corrective measures.
Undertake the management of later-stage projects, order management, shipping, and
payment collection, etc. for the customers designated by the company.
Act as a bridge to facilitate communication between customers and internal departments
such as technology, quality, production, and moulds.
Representing the customers, organize various internal departments of the company to
conduct customer reception, etc., to enhance customer satisfaction.
Organize various departments of the company to participate in customer audits and achieve
audit objectives.
Regularly convey customer demand information to the planning department every month,
convey the planned delivery date to the customers, and make adjustments at any time.
Representing the customer, regularly conduct order reviews, prepare quotations, review
figures, and perform other related numerical work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, majored in international trade, mechanical engineering, etc. are
preferred. English CET-4 or above (fluent in speaking and writing) + Spanish
communication skills.
Have accumulated personal connections and professional knowledge in the battery pack
tray housing and energy storage box industries for more than three years (a mandatory
requirement).
Be familiar with the channels and techniques for expanding into the European and American
markets. Have the know-how to gather and utilise trade show resources and understand
international trade business terms and procedures.
Ability to independently develop new customers, good negotiation skills, good
interpersonal communication skills, ability to adapt to business travel (domestic or
international) and good understanding of project management and production processes.
