We are committed to decarbonising our operations and to ensure this is achieved, we have a newly created opportunity for a Decarbonisation Manager to lead this change. About your new role: As Decarbonisation Manager you will work closely with our site teams and key stakeholders to: develop feasibility studies for projects to facilitate significant reduction in emissions. provide input into feasibility studies of future operations to provide value accretive decarbonisation solutions lead the development of financial models and subsequent business cases for presentations to senior leadership team and the Board. develop change management plans to effectively implement decarbonisation projects What we would love to see in you to make this a success… Significant operational experience in the resources sector (ideally in open cut coal mines) 10+ years in project management with the ability to successfully lead change.
