- One temporary hourly-intermittent Work-Study student assistant position in Agriculture.
- Start Date
- Position available on or after August 21, 2024 and ending on or before May 30, 2025. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
- Job Description/Duties
- Duties include but are not limited to:
  - Assist in data entry, filing, sorting, and maintain excel spreadsheets.
  - Assist in general garden duties including, planting, weeding, irrigating, and pruning.
  - Maintain tools, power equipment and records.
  - Assist with StanFresh (On-Campus produce stand) as directed.
  - Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
  - Demonstrates experience/Skills Desired; Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  - Demonstrates the ability to follow instructions and explain to others.
  - Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  - Demonstrates the ability to work outdoors.
  - Demonstrates the ability to work weekends if necessary.
  - Demonstrates the ability to regularly lift 30Ibs weight, work on ladders, and perform physical labor.
  Required Qualifications:
  - Possesses a valid California Driver's License.
  - Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
  - Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
- Salary Range
- $16.00 per hour.
