We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Head – Solar Division<\/b> to lead and grow the solar business vertical across our retail chain outlets in Tamilnadu and surrounding locations. The candidate will be responsible for complete P&L ownership, sales growth, channel development, project execution, team management, and business expansion<\/b> in the solar rooftop and solar solutions segment.
<\/p>

This is a leadership role for someone with deep knowledge in solar products, rooftop projects, government schemes, and retail -based solar sales<\/b>.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

Head and manage the Solar Division across multiple retail outlets
<\/p><\/li>

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
<\/p><\/li>

Drive sales of solar rooftop systems, solar panels, inverters, batteries, and accessories
<\/p><\/li>

Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial and industrial segments
<\/p><\/li>

Develop channel partners, installers and institutional clients
<\/p><\/li>

Handle complete P&L responsibility for the solar business unit
<\/p><\/li>

Build and lead sales, technical, and support teams
<\/p><\/li>

Design and implement pricing strategies, offers and promotional schemes
<\/p><\/li>

Ensure smooth execution of solar installation projects
<\/p><\/li>

Liaise with vendors, EPC contractors and OEMs
<\/p><\/li>

Maintain strong relations with government bodies, DISCOM, and regulators
<\/p><\/li>

Handle tender participation, documentation and negotiations
<\/p><\/li>

Monitor competition, market trends, and emerging solar technologies
<\/p><\/li>

Drive marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team
<\/p><\/li>

Ensure proper project documentation, customer satisfaction & after -sales support

Provide weekly and monthly business reports to top management
