Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking a Commission-Based Roofing and Solar Salesman to join our team at Rooftops Unlimited . As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our roofing and solar solutions to residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities: Generate Leads: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their roofing and solar needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our roofing and solar products. Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to position Rooftops Unlimited as a leader in the market. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing and solar industries is a plus, However we will train the right candidate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of roofing and solar technologies is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation and closing skills. Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing to climb roofs.
