We're happy to offer a full-time, permanent job with our award-winning client, who is looking for a motivated and skilled Solar Installer to join their growing team.

In this hands-on position, you'll be installing solar panels, wiring, and helping with maintenance and troubleshooting. This work helps New Zealanders save on energy costs and supports a more sustainable future. Our client wants someone who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within a supportive team.

What you will be doing:

Installing solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems safely and efficiently
Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines
Maintaining high safety standards and following all site and company procedures
Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
Taking pride in your workmanship and representing the company positively on every site
Being proactive in problem-solving and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace
Travelling to various job sites around the region as required

Pay Rate:

$25-$40 per hour (based on experience)

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in solar installation, roofing, or electrical work
Physically fit and confident working at heights and outdoors in all weather
Full NZ driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to read and follow site plans, diagrams, and safety instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must have the right to work in New Zealand
