Develop and optimize dispersion strategies of CNT electrode slurry for batteries
Collaborate with the in-house and customer R&D teams to develop innovative dispersion solutions suitable for customer applications
Contribute to the design of new materials and technology for production of batteries.
Develop and execute team plans ensuring the deliverables are achieved within budget and on time
Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety and compliance, contingency planning
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production teams to ensure production processes are optimized.
Keep abreast with the latest technological advancements and industry trends in battery technologies.
Recruit, train, and evaluate team members, ensuring the right balance of skills and expertise
Create and review weekly progress reports, removing roadblocks and keeping documentation up to date
Oversee the maintenance and analysis of processes, ensuring adherence to checklists and schedules
Support sales and marketing efforts, focusing on customer satisfaction and the development of tailored solutions
Continuously improve communication and leadership skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

A Master’s degree or PhD in Materials Science/Chemical Engineering/Electrochemical Engineering/Electrochemistry/experimental physical chemistry or a related field
A minimum of 5 years (5 years’ experience for Master’s degree and 3 years’ experience for Ph.D degree) of experience in the chemical synthesis, or chemical dispersion preferably in EV Battery segment
Demonstrated ability to lead R&D projects and teams with a strong focus on results and accountability
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple language
A customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record of developing tailored solutions and maintaininghigh levels of satisfaction
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Common sense and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
