Finance Manager – Retail / Stock Environment

Salary: R800 000.00 per annum | Location: Western Cape, Northern Subs
BCom Degree | High-Volume, Multi-Store Operations Experience
A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Manager with strong experience in retail or stock-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing finance functions in a high‑transaction environment across multiple stores or companies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full finance function within a high‑volume operational environment
Lead and manage finance teams across multiple store locations
Ensure strong financial controls, stock management accuracy, and transactional integrity
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Drive process improvements and support operational decision‑making

Requirements

BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance
Management experience within a retail or stock-focused environment
Exposure to high‑transaction, multi-store operations
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
