Training for the role is provided. About the Role Monitors the charging of lithium batteries in a warehouse environment Places batteries onto charging racks and into cases once fully charged Ensures the firmware on batteries is up to date and that inventory is accurate Logs battery issues into the tracking systems Supports battery swapping activities when needed About You You focus on safety : ability to follow safety regulations and safe work practices You are flexible : Willingness and ability to work extra hours, off hours and/or weekends You are dependable: You arrive to work on time, finish assigned shifts, and have the ability to work various shifts and off hours as needed You display a strong work ethic : You follow instructions, ask questions for clarification, and complete tasks, projects, and assignments within timelines You meet requirements : ability to lift to 75 pounds; stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time About Motivate We are the premier micromobility service operations and infrastructure experts, delivering bikeshare operations management services to many of the nation’s largest cities.
