Position Overview: As a Technical Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring EV chargers perform seamlessly. This role involves overseeing customer support requests related to chargers, managing charging software systems, and handling essential administrative duties, including report generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support Oversight:

Prioritize and oversee customer support requests relating to chargers.
Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Ensure prompt and effective communication with customers during the resolution process.

Software Systems Management:

Manage and monitor the software systems associated with chargers.
Ensure software updates, patches, and maintenance activities are carried out regularly and efficiently.
Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to optimize software performance and address issues.

Reporting and Documentation:

Generate detailed reports on charger usage, performance, and customer feedback.
Distribute reports to relevant departments and stakeholders.
Maintain thorough documentation of software updates, customer interactions, and technical issues.

General Administrative Duties:

Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance or upgrade activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in technical support or system administration.
Familiarity with EV charging systems is a plus.
Proficient in office software and CRM tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Benefits

£30,000-£33,000 base salary
