Location: Flexible EMEA We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sustainability and Quality Executive. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the daily operations of our sustainability and compliance processes and initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth functioning of the team by providing administrative assistance and maintaining efficient processes. Key Responsibilities: Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records related to sustainability and compliance activities. Assist in the preparation and filing of compliance reports and documentation. Data Entry and Analysis: Input data into relevant trackers and master-files, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist in the analysis of sustainability metrics and compliance data. Project Support: Provide administrative support for sustainability projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data. Knowledge, Skills + Experience: Proven experience in an administrative support role. Familiarity with sustainability concepts and compliance practices is advantageous. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools. Ability to pay close attention to detail while managing multiple tasks. Capable of working collaboratively within a team and across departments. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
