» Your responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and programs
Support in developing and implementing processes for compliance with the LkSG (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtgesetz)
Monitor and analyze ESG-related performance indicators
Maintain and enhance data management systems for sustainability data
Perform detailed analyses and generate reports to assess sustainability performance
Assist in the preparation of reports in the area of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), following international standards and guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for data collection and verification
Conduct risk assessments and evaluations regarding human rights and environmental standards in the supply chain

» Your key skills:

Completed university studies, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or sustainability management
Ideally, experience in sustainability reporting, at best according to CSRD or GRI
Communicative personality, high degree of initiative and independence
Confident use of common office applications
Highly motivated and enthusiastic about sustainability topics
Basic knowledge of integrated management systems
Very good written and spoken English
