Duties

Review historical and current financial information for trends.
Prepare financial models based upon organizational work charts and projected availability of funds across multiple fund sources.
Understand regulations and nuances of managing fund sources within the NPS environment.
Monitor spending across various project accounts using automated systems.
Review sales orders and undelivered orders on a quarterly basis and makes recommendations to the Budget Officer.

Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication.
Meet Selective Service Registration Act requirement for males.

Qualifications

All qualifications must be met by the closing date of this announcement- 01/08/2025-unless otherwise stated in this vacancy announcement.

To qualify for this position at the GS-11 grade level, you must possess at least one of the following minimum qualifications by close of the announcement:

EXPERIENCE: At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service.

EDUCATION: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M, in a related field.
