A dynamic and organized Customer Success Manager is sought to contribute to bold growth goals focused on assisting fleets in lowering carbon emissions and achieving environmental sustainability milestones. This role assumes the role of a primary ambassador to potential clients and guides existing clients toward repeat buying positions.

This is a full-time position based in Pittsburgh, PA, with occasional travel requirements (up to 50%). The company is a fast-growing technology enterprise, requiring employees to be self-directed and adept at managing multiple responsibilities. Responsibilities

Develop expertise in the proprietary system, including benefits, applications, technical troubleshooting, and the broader bio-diesel market.
Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, serving as the primary point of communication and control.
Contribute to the creation and upkeep of the Client Contact Directory.
Assist clients with data retrieval and extrapolation.
Participate in the warranty claims process and provide feedback for enhancing warranty documentation.
Collaborate with the Office Manager on travel, accommodation, shipping, and material purchasing arrangements for project completion.
Work with the sales team to ensure effective onboarding of new customers.
Foster relationships with fleet managers, bio-diesel producers, and OEM managers to facilitate smooth installation and deployment of products.
Collaborate on setting quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), creating action plans, and maintaining sales metrics.
Align team members and internal resources through effective communication.
Identify and communicate market trends and product feedback.
Manage Key Accounts of strategic and complex clients.
Demonstrate comprehensive account ownership, coordinating with partners and customer stakeholders for regular status reviews.
Collaborate with the Sales team to align the success roadmap with the sales strategy for Key Accounts.
Manage Executive Sponsor portfolio, including detailed analysis and multi-year adoption planning.
Monitor customer health, own executive communication plan, and sustain relationships at all levels of the organization.
Oversee success roadmap for all product solutions in the Key Account portfolio, including proactive monitoring and reporting.
Advocate for customer product enhancement requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate client feedback.

Requirements

2+ years experience in sales or business development.
Demonstrated success in leading complex sales processes across organizations.
Proven ability to quickly learn and immerse oneself in alternative energy and diesel vehicle domains.
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
Comfort with taking ownership of workloads in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in managing customer relationships across various organizational levels.
Utilization of data and metrics to communicate strategy to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Effective communication skills, including remote and on-site engagement.
Process improvement capabilities within diverse teams.
Ability to inspire and collaborate across large, distributed teams.
Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
Enthusiasm for travel opportunities, with transportation/fuel environment experience considered a plus.
Strong sense of pride in delivering quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Passion for alternative energy solutions.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Flexibility in working hours.
