Our Corporate Services Department, which consists of our Finance, IT, Legal and HR Teams, brings order and energy to the network of systems and people that make our mission possible.

Your impact:

As our Financial Controller specializing in sustainability reporting, you'll be at the forefront of developing and managing our CSRD framework. Your expertise will ensure our reporting accuracy and compliance, directly impacting our sustainability initiatives.

You'll be part of a global finance team residing in Sweden and US, supporting our Group Financial Controller in group accounting and reporting, collaborating with European teams to drive best practices and high-quality standards.

You will have a chance to work closely with our operations teams to ensure sustainability transformation and development is an organic part of the operations strategy and supporting our subsidiaries on how best to meet the reporting standards and sharing best practice across the Group.

Your agenda will have a variety of tasks such as:

Leading and developing our CSRD and EU Taxonomy reporting, ensuring compliance with the latest legislation.

Working closely with our Group Financial Controller, assisting in group consolidation,analysis of the group resultswhile improving internal reporting quality across subsidiaries.

Ensuring efficient delivery of group sustainability reporting and help identify and mitigate risks.

Staying updated on new regulationsin the sustainability domain, implementing ESRS disclosures, and enhancing our internal and external reporting processes.

Ensuringappropriate controls, processes, tools, and governance to effectively identify and mitigate risks faced by the organization.

About you:

We seek a proactive and accountableteam member with a strong sense of integrity. We hope that you are comfortable with communicating effectively across different levels and parts of the organization and able to build and maintain good relationships within the organization.

If you enjoy taking initiatives, working systematically and create efficient processes, this is a great opportunity for you! To thrive in this experience, the following background and skills will be essential:

Adegree ina relevant field such as Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business.

At least an equivalent of 7 years of experience as a Financial/Sustainability Controller

Experience in accounting and tax across various Nordic or European countries.

A strong background in sustainability reporting or auditing is also appreciated.

In-depth understanding of applicable standards such as ESRS in context of group reporting.

Proven competencies in accounting and finance with experience in a listed context/IFRS.

Analytical abilities to interpret regulations and ensure compliance.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Swedish and English.
